  I was threatened by the man working in there tonight, I’ve never seen him before ( I am there every morning at 5 am for work ) and when I told him the coffee was no good ( it had grinds in the cup, I ended up with a mouth full ) he started screaming at me that his coffee is good and I must pay for the coffee and I was like noo? And then he started waving his arms and threatening me that “ I may never come back here and he better not see me here again.” Wow.....I don’t know what nerve I hit with him. Maybe because I was a woman I don’t know but you don’t speak to people this way and get away with it. I already emailed corporate. It was disgusting and I feel very unsafe. He even wrote my license plate number down as I drove away!!!! Over a cup of coffee??????? My god. Beware of this older Indian man, I wish I had his name but I was nervous it was only the two of us in there. If there was another man present I bet you he wouldn’t have screamed the way he did.

  As of 03-28-2013 this 711 still hasn't opened after Hurricane Sandy. I've been getting coffee at subway while waiting for the train, it's not the same!
